Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

What we support today, what we’re actively working on, and how to reach us if something isn’t working for you.

We aim for our website to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AAacross all pages. We audit against this standard at every major release and fix violations before they ship. This statement was last reviewed 15 July 2026.

What’s in place

  • Semantic HTML landmarks (main, nav, footer) and a visible skip-to-content link.
  • Keyboard navigation across every interactive element, including tabs, accordions, and the mobile menu.
  • Focus rings on all interactive elements, using an accessible contrast ratio.
  • Text contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large headings, in both light and dark modes.
  • Descriptive alt text for informational images; empty alt for decoration.
  • Form fields with associated labels; error messages announced programmatically.
  • Prefers-reduced-motion respected for scroll behavior and animations.

What we’re actively working on

  • Full Urdu translation with RTL layout support (targeting Q2 2027).
  • Screen-reader-optimised alt-text on all mountain photography once the partner’s photo library imports.
  • Verified transcript for any video content we publish.
  • An offline PDF version of each journey’s itinerary for travelers with limited connectivity.

Non-web accessibility

Physical accessibility varies enormously by journey — mountain travel is inherently demanding. Every journey publishes a physical rating on a 1–5 scale, and we’re happy to talk through specific mobility or health needs case-by-case. Please reach out before booking.

Reporting an accessibility issue
