1. Content ownership
All content on wanderingyaks.com — copy, photographs, itineraries, host profiles, brand names — is owned by Wandering Yaks or licensed to us by the photographer, host or writer credited. You may quote or share on social media with a credit and a link back. Anything more (re-publishing, print, commercial use) needs written permission.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape the site to run a competing tour marketplace.
- Attempt to access parts of the site that aren’t open to you (admin, other travelers’ bookings).
- Submit fake enquiries, fake reviews, or spam.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures.
3. Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One person per account. If your account is compromised, tell us at once and we’ll help lock it down.
4. Third-party links
We link to Trustpilot, Instagram, government tourism boards, and other sites we don’t control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you follow those links.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to registered account holders. If you continue to use the site after 30 days, you accept the new version.
