Only travelers who’ve been on the trip.

No paid placements. No stock testimonials. Every review here is from a real booking, submitted after the traveler got home.

The full aggregated reviews page (with rating breakdowns, filters, per-journey stats and Trustpilot embeds) ships in M3 — Reviews, Feedback & Wishlist. That milestone lands after Supabase is wired and we can enforce the “only travelers who’ve completed a trip may review” rule programmatically.

Meanwhile, three notes on how our review system works:

Verified reviewer only

A review can only be submitted from an account tied to a completed booking. The booking status must be COMPLETED (not just DEPOSIT_PAID). Every reviewer is a real name backed by a real trip.

Post-trip only

We ask for the review three days after the trip end date via email + WhatsApp. Never before, so travelers have time to reflect. Never anonymously, so the review carries real weight.

No editing beyond profanity

We publish every submitted review verbatim, with only automated profanity filtering. Negative reviews stay up. If a review is factually wrong (e.g. wrong date, wrong guide), we add a moderator note beneath — we don’t edit or remove.
