Ladakh's most patient trekking leader — and a fearsome tea-maker.

Dolma studied biology in Delhi before returning to Ladakh to guide. She has crossed every pass on the Markha and Zanskar circuits more times than she can count and once spent an entire trek convincing a bear to leave a mess-tent alone.
