Aisha's family has lived in Bumburet for at least seven generations that she can name. She weaves the black robes and belts you'll see at the Kalash festivals, keeps six cows and a small orchard of pears and mulberries, and has been welcoming travelers into her home since her eldest son left for school in Chitral.
