Who we hire
Two categories: office / operations (year-round, based in Gilgit or Leh, mostly Pakistani and Indian nationals) and seasonal mountain crew (guides, cooks, porters, drivers — always local to the region they work in).
We do not hire international staff as guides in the mountain regions themselves. That would defeat the point.
How we hire

- Real conversations, not scripted interview questions.
- Written offer with clear pay, benefits, off-season retainer.
- Trial season for mountain crew, then long-term contract.
